• Registered mail (also known as Econo-parcel post). This option is free regardless of the size of your order. If you choose this option, please be sure to supply a postal address. Your order will take between 4 and 6 days to arrive.
• Speed Services to your nearest post office (also known as Counter-to-Counter). Our standard charge for this option is R30 per order, regardless of the size of the order. You can supply a physical or postal address when ordering. Your order will take between 1 and 2 days to arrive. You will need to collect the order from your nearest post office.
• Speed Services to your physical address (also known as Counter-to-Door). Our standard charge for this option is R70 per order, regardless of the size of the order. You need to supply a physical address when ordering. Your order will take between 1 and 2 days to arrive. The order will be delivered straight to your door.

In all cases we will will send you a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. We will also send you a web address where you can trace the location of the package.

All orders are sent in plain packaging, with no indication as to the contents. Our return address will appear on the back of the package, marked as SS Trading.
